What do I wear?

When training outdoors, I recommend wearing comfortable clothing such as, gym pants, runners, a training top and a cap.
I also recommended layers, such as, singlet, T shirt, long sleeve top, and a jacket. Remember your sunscreen, even in winter.

What shall I bring?

  • A towel or exercise mat.
  • Water Bottle.
  • Avoid bringing any valuables.

When training outdoors what happens if it rains?

There is an undercover area we can go to, you will be advised before the session if there has been a change of venue.

What if I can not do some of the exercise you give me?

There are many variations to one exercise, modifications are given in order to be able to execute an exercise, according to the persons fitness level, and ability.

I have a few injuries?

In our health Chat, we discuss any injuries you may have, and prescribe modifications to exercises. We also work with your health professional and work together to improve the injury, and get you stronger.
