Daniela Accary is a Group Outdoor Fitness and Personal Trainer, Yoga Instructor, Pilates Specialist, Life Coach and Tertiary Educator, and she’s on a mission to make fitness second nature for families across Australia.

As the founder of Second Nature Fitness and a busy mum of three, Daniela understands the daily balancing act between work, kids and getting dinner on the table. She also understands that to keep up with a demanding schedule and nurture the whole family, it’s vital to maintain a fit body and fit mind.

But, while most of us want to feel fitter and healthier, very few people are actually taking action or quickly lose motivation. It’s why Daniela helps her clients make real changes to daily habits, turning exercise from something they have to do into something that comes naturally.

With over thirty years’ experience and industry leading credentials, Daniela has developed a 360-degree approach to training. She addresses functional movement, nutrition and relaxation to help her clients move better, sleep better and feel better every day.

And, best of all, there’s no gym equipment in sight. From Personal Training, Group Outdoor Strength and Cardio, Pilates and Yoga, Daniela’s classes are bodyweight based. It makes for a workout that’s fun, efficient and beneficial for all fitness levels.

Wanting to spread her message to as many people as possible, Daniela is a qualified tertiary educator, taking classes at Holmesglen and Melbourne High School. Currently on her class schedule is Certificate 3 & 4 in Fitness, the Diploma in Sports Development, and Certificate 3 in Sport Recreation.

In 2010, she also founded the Richmond Basketball club to encourage families in her community to support one another while staying active through organised sport.

Not only is Daniela a passionate wellness coach, teacher and presenter, she is a lifelong student. To ensure the information and training methods she delivers to her clients and students is relevant and cutting edge, Daniela regularly attends workshops and industry-recognised courses.

Above all, Daniela leads by example and makes it a priority to look after her own wellbeing, and that of her family. You’ll often find her swimming laps at the pool, walking her dog, exercising in the park, taking part in local events such as ocean swims and walks, or courtside watching her boys play basketball.
